1 T. cornstarch
¼ cup water (or pineapple juice)
½ c. brown sugar
½ c. soy sauce
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. fresh grated ginger or dry ginger
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat stirring with whisk until the mixture thickens.
